How does Jiffy differ from other support tools?
Jiffy is specifically designed to give you an easier way to reply to customers when you know that reply is going to need to be saved in the long run. Prior to Jiffy, you would craft your reply and then duplicate that effort into creating a knowledge base article. Now, we give you the tools to craft the reply, send it in a beautiful way, and save it for future use.
Is support for integrations and APIs included in all plans?
We don't have any direct integrations at this time and rely on our Chrome extension to be able to help kickstart Feed creation and search existing Feeds. API access is available and features are being added every day.
What communication channels can Jiffy integrate with?
Using our Chrome extension, you can have access to Jiffy in all major support tools, including Gmail and Outlook.
Is my data secure with Jiffy?
